Personal training is the cornerstone upon which the AFP Training Studio is built. More than 13 years ago, the goal was to provide productive and affordable personalized programs to clients of all levels and that goal remains the same today. Our training programs are all completely customized to fit your schedule, budget, and anything else you may need to work around.
Regardless if you train individually or with a likeminded partner or family member, you can be assured that full attention will be given to your specific needs, personal goals, and any potential health conditions or restrictions. Your personal training program will give you the strength & confidence to take part in our additional fitness programs while preparing you for everything that life may bring. Work, travel, changing schedules, family commitments, and much more are a part of life for everyone. We refuse to let any of those potential conflicts side track your progress - every effort is made to accommodate your schedule for each and every session.
The following explains our three types of personal training sessions and provides standard rates.
Private training sessions are designed for clients who need or prefer to train completely alone, or those who may require the highest level of personal attention for any reason. Individual sessions are perfect for anyone that is new to health & fitness training, feels uncomfortable around other exercisers, has special medical needs, or simply wants to learn as much as possible before transitioning to other training types.
6 Sessions - $420 | 12 Sessions - $780 | 18 Sessions - $1,080
These hybrid sessions are the most common, and most affordable, sessions available. Each client is still given the uncompromising individualized planning & attention featured in fully private training, but workouts take place while other clients are in the studio with their trainer or taking part in a fitness or cycling class. By responsibly overlapping schedules, we are able to offer top quality training at rates that are equal to or better than any of our competitors.
6 Sessions - $264| 12 Sessions - $504| 18 Sessions - $720
These sessions are designed to share time with family or friends to reduce cost, while still getting a great personalized workout. Partner/Family sessions are great for those who have an established workout routine, or for family and friends with similar fitness levels & training objectives. Partner sessions are not recommended for anyone starting their first training program.
