An enjoyable social element, combined with an incredible workout, is a favorite addition for many of our clients! Our small group classes are like none other available. The days of being lost in the crowd are long gone, and the fear of injuries from lack of supervision can now be an afterthought. All group workouts maintain individualized programming and personal attention, while adjusting to a class format. To ensure the highest quality and dedication to personal attention, most classes are limited to 3 participants, with the largest allowing only 8.
Small group classes are a perfect addition to your personal training program regardless of your fitness level. All classes are taught in a way that allows difficulty to be scaled up or down to match your level of comfort and confidence. Although classes maintain a high level of attention, we do not suggest them as a stand alone option or for clients in their first six weeks of training.

Indoor Cycling (30 & 60min)
These exciting and uptempo classes, taught by a professionally certified cycling coach, give clients the ability to focus on muscle strength & toning for the legs, while transitioning in just seconds to an unbeatable cardiovascular workout. By limiting workouts to just 3-4 riders, the utmost level of instruction & supervision is maintained while assuring safety for all riders.

Gravity Training System "GTS" (30min)
Incline resistance training provides a workout & results that cannot be achieved on any other piece of equipment. Body position allows clients to perform a variety of challenging exercises that might not otherwise be possible.

Fitness Fusion Classes(60min)
These ever changing classes feature a perfect balance of strength training, fat burning, flexibility, and cardiovascular exercise. By combining 30 minutes of cycling with 30 minutes of strength work, each client is ensured an effiecient and effective total body workout!

Flexibility Classes (20 & 40min)
After all the hard work for your training workouts, cycling, or combination classes, there is no better recovery than a class dedicated specifically to full body stretching and range of motion. In addition to recovery, regular flexibility work can drastically prevent a wide range of injuries.

Private Group Classes(60min)
If you have between 4-8 partners with similar objectives and fitness levels, we will gladly construct a private workout specifically for you that is exclusively restricted to your specified group. This special workout style gives you and your partners the benefits of individualized personal training combined with the affordability and attendance flexibility of a group class.
