Small Group Classes
Small group fitness classes are an ideal compliment to any personal training program. All classes allow difficulty to be scaled up or down to match the level of comfort and confidence for all clients, resulting in an enjoyable social element combined with an incredible workout. Our small group classes, each limited to 4 or less, eliminate the feeling of being lost in the crowd or fear of injury that can often be an issue in larger class settings.
These exciting and uptempo classes, taught by a professionally certified cycling coach, are the ultimate calorie burning class. Cycling with a group of just 3-4 partners gives a level of individual attention otherwise unavailable in standard cycling classes.

These creative and always unique classes are a true fusion of strength training with the GTS machines and cardiovascular exercise of cycling resulting in an unparalleled fat burning workout.
